Quiche

  • Pâte brisée (recipe)
  • 250g leeks
  • 25cl whipping cream
  • 20cl milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Broccoli (optional)
  • Bread crumbs

Cook covered leaks in butter and some water for 20 minutes. Mix eggs, milk and whipping cream. Roll out the dough, add leaks, add the egg mix and add bread crumbs. In the oven at 425F (220C) for 40 minutes.
