Cauliflower soup

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • half an onion
  • 3 heads of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 3 cups of warm water
  • salt and pepper

Cut cauliflower in small pieces. Add olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast in the oven for 20 minutes at 400F. Cook onion in a pot for 5 minutes, add garlic and cauliflower. Add warm water and cook for 20 minutes. Blend with a hand blender.
